  • Friend uses this place and I regret coming in. Place looks cute from outside but once you come in and sit, it is a bit worse for wear. But I kept a positive outlook. The girl who initially started my gel removal was pleasant. However, she sat me down elsewhere after she was done for another person to help me. Then I got moved to another side only to be told "oh I can't do this style". Then moved back. The lady I got stuck with was insanely rough with the courser buffer when she was prepping my nails and actually "burned" the skin on my pinky on my right hand. She also kept laughing randomly even when no one else in the shop was talking so I'm not sure what's up with that. I guess something about me amused her and she was laughing in a mocking way. I chose a lavender holographic nail color (holo #5). I've never had a metallic or holographic powder manicure before. Instead I got insanely dark peacock metallic chrome holographic (see photo). I didn't say anything because I assumed she knew and was going to buff it lighter. Nope. I got a color I didn't want. Her station was disgusting and had huge nail clippings from precious clientele. She just shoved and moved the trimmings around with my foils from my gel removal and just looked unhappy the whole time. During the cuticle removal, she was excessively rough and caught my actual skin a few times but luckily didn't rip it. She finished with the manicure which is weird as I've always had that done first before the painting. She finished with lotion and left gobs of it on my arms and around my cuticles. Didn't even wipe my nails to get the lotion off and make them shine. I had to wipe them on my jeans for the pic. She just straight up didn't give a f***. When I tipped her (which I shouldn't have at all) she acted even more rude and pissed. I said thank you (which again, I shouldn't have-just being polite as she did spend time working) and she just glared at me and walked away. $45 for a gel manicure with chrome dust in an unclean, unfriendly environment that took just shy of 2 hours. Never going back and never recommending.
