  • Very disappointed! First off, I know a lot about this stuff and can do most of these repairs myself. Since I now have a bad back, I have had these guys out 3 times over the last couple of years. The first time I had their $159.00 service and I told the technician to only put in the 1 pound of freon that was included in the service. He comes down off the roof and tell me he put in 2 pounds and charges me an extra $100! When my AC stopped cooling last year I figured I would give them another chance. I had them out and they said I needed 2 capacitors. It killed me to have to pay $350 for 2 capacitors that I can get at the appliance parts store for under $50 but I had them do it. They said they would throw in an extra tune up the next year so I figured that would save me some. This year came and when I called to get that tune up, they said it would only be a free service inspection, not a tune up! I would never have paid for the repair last year knowing this. I would have done it myself and saved $300.00! Very shady and not cool at all!!! (Pardon the Pun). Won't be using them again and don't recommend them to others.
