Some of the worst customer service ever. The cashier never even looked at me and carried on a conversation with a fellow employee the whole time she was waiting on me. Another employee was walking to the back, maybe for a break, and was on her cell phone and cussing the entire time. You're still representing the company honey.. Watch your mouth. And by the way, what's the reason behind the cashier not handing you your receipt anymore?
It would behoove you, Ross, to retrain your employees on basic customer service. Sadly I've had bad customer service at the Ross on Serene as well.
