| - Bad experience couldn't have been worse.
Firstly the huge line at checkin, with no help around to explain where the line actually starts. Management didn't do anything to help out. After a long wait, when we finally got to the counter, we ask for any possible good rooms or a change, which I can understand due to season won't be available readily. Then when I swipe the card for incidentals and deposits, the machine crashes, and charges me anyway. The rep asks me to swipe again and again, this after an hour long wait and a tiring 3 hour flight. Thanks for not keeping your machine updated.
Finally when we get the key, we start towards our room which felt like forever. Rooms are small, and I guess this is because of the fact that I booked through hotels.com. The iron in the room doesn't work, when called to replace, was told will be done immediately, but I m still waiting for one.
Next day early morning, I get knocked on the door asking when am I leaving today, and my reservation is for 3 more days, don't know how they have no idea about that?
On top of all the inconvenience, the hotel has added an extra charge of $235? Really I m in Vegas trying to balance my credit cards looking for extra charges? Thankfully they did manage to take the charge off, after me running down and standing in their checkin line, wasting my valuable vacation time. Never going here again.
