Let me start by saying my experience in store was okay when I initially purchased our furniture in late 2013. Service wasn't great but its what I expected from a store such as this in the area.
Now for the horrible. Not even 2 years after purchasing our items I noticed items "wearing out" and some minor stains from use. The recliner was loose feeling and the cushions were wearing out. So I decided to use the warranty. I called in a service request for the repairs and cleaning. That's when it got worse. Two weeks later a man came out. When the gentleman arrived I showed him the issues and he began saying he couldn't do this and couldn't do that. He ended up adding one layer of padding to our recliner and that was it. He didn't fix my other items and didn't even attempt to clean any of the stains.
The worst part isn't even over. The tech shared stories about his sick dog after seeing our pets. He told me how his family dog got sick and he just let it go in Phoenix upsetting his wife and kids. I couldn't believe my ears! Some things are better left unsaid. Atleast try to be professional...
My wife did call in a complaint the same day of the service, and no one called us back.
I will never purchase anything from this company again.
