| - I rarely write reviews, and even after their FIRST major screw up, I didn't write a review. But now I'm so fed up with dealing with this awful, disorganized company, that I have to write. I'm so tired that I'll keep it simple: they said they got preauthorization, but they didn't. The insurance company recorded the conversation where they are told what to send, but then Edgepark never sent it! Then 8 months later, instead of the $0 co-pay I was told, I got a bill for over $2000. After HOURS on the phone, they essentially did NOTHING other than allow me to return the unopened items I still had (which I had to beg for! They refused several times first!). Even though it was their mistake, they said there was nothing they could do. I also called them repeatedly AND emailed and no one called me back, Then I was SO DANG TIRED of dealing with them, I PAID THE BILL! It was THEIR FAULT and I PAID. Then, a few months later, we got a few hundred dollars as a refund in the mail. Sweet, I thought. Better than nothing. BUT I WAS WRONG! THEY JUST SENT ME ANOTHER BILL NEARLY 1 YEAR LATER! For the same service I already paid for! They are the worst company. I could never in good conscience recommend them to anyone. What a nightmare and a huge financial drain on our family.
