  • I discovered Panera when in Kansas City and was glad to see it come to Phoenix. I like the new fast lane kiosk, service was good, and the decor is nice. Unfortunately they have changed the menu to include a kids section. They seem to be catering now to the "inappropriate for kids" crowd. What would have been a nice breakfast was interrupted by crying babies, and children playing in the dining room. Maybe Panera can go all out and get a clown and playground.
