My BF and I wanted a fridge in our room so we requested one. The lady that checked us in told us that we can upgrade to the Jubilee Tower for $11 with a fridge, rather than just keeping our room in the Indigo Tower as the fridge would be $15 extra. We upgraded and when I checked out, instead of the $11 extra per day, we were charged $40 extra per day instead. The lady that checked me out of the hotel didn't even care to resolve the issue with my bill in any way. She had an "oh well, sucks for you, now pay the bill" attitude. Don't listen to them about the Jubilee Tower, the rooms were okay and the view was mediocre at best. The elevators suck, you have to wait for at least five minutes before you get one, and then you will be lucky if that elevator is not crammed with people. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, they lie about the billing to charge you for way more than you intended to spend.
However, housekeeping was really good with cleaning our room and we could walk almost everywhere on the strip without driving. That was a plus considering pedestrians walked across the streets even when they should not have been.
