  • If you do not feel like reading this entire review, then the main point is: If you are thinking about going anywhere else for any automotive need, give these guys a call first. They are the best shop in Phoenix, no questions asked. That said, I have been going here for years and have not gotten a chance to leave the review that these guys deserve. This is a family owned and operated shop, and the folks who run it (Chris is the owner) are absolutely top notch. They are experts on everything that they do and they genuinely care about each and every person who comes through that door. If you are not happy with something, they will make it right. They work hard, they are honest, and they know what they are doing. I have brought them two of my Ford pickups ('13 Platinum and a '10 Raptor) and they have never once disappointed me on any work they have done. I have had them do things from mufflers to install a set of shocks. If they personally do not feel comfortable doing something, they know someone who can. Their prices are more than fair; they will not try and rip you off or over charge you. If you call and ask for a rough quote, it will almost always be exactly what they tell you on the phone. I would not and will not ever take my vehicles to another place so long as I live in central Arizona. TL;DR- There is no better one stop automotive shop in Phoenix, honest, fair, family owned and operated, hard working folks that will treat your vehicle right no matter what; they are the best in the business.
