The worst customer service I've ever had at any Fedex. I only have a pre-paid debit card, which won't work on the self-service so I asked if I can print 4 sheets of regular paper from my USB. I told the lady (has a high bun, don't know her name.) at the front desk if I can just print the 4 sheets really quick. She told me it's going to take an HOUR because they have other prints to do. The amount of time she took to explain to me that I either have to use a debit card at the self-service or put cash on the card ( which I didn't have cash on me) and explain to me all the reasons she won't print my 4 sheets of paper, she could have gotten it done by then. I've been in customer service for 10 years and I know that if I'm working with someone's project that is going to take a long time, I give priority to people or need something fast done. I've never had an issue like this the 2 years I've been going to this Fedex. She should be fired.
