  • I had a similar experience. I called to order some stuff for my mom. It needed to be overnighted but I also wanted it to get there on a specific day. I was trying to sort this out with the lady on the phone but didn't want to place my order just yet. The lady on the phone twice asked me if i was calling just to talk about shipping and if I wanted to order anything at all because, "it's not your problem worrying about the shipping, its mine, I'm the business owner and I'll ship it when I ship it." I took as some sort of Hungarian sarcasm I was just misreading. I think at some point she got really frustrated with me when I asked how much extra it was for overnight, and she said, "it's friday...who the hell works on the weekend... business are closed...when you order I'll deal with the shipping and I'll ship it whenever I get to it... What the hell do you want from me lady?" With that I hung up on her. It's too bad they have a such a good selection of Hungarian food, which is pretty hard to find on the west coast let alone Las Vegas. And it's too bad the dumb lady can deal with shipping, maybe she should go to the FEDEX DEPOT IN LITERALLY THE NEXT PLAZA OVER and ask them how it works. Ok, that was a little ranty, but now you've been warned.
