so my lady and i were bored the other day and just happened to drive by this place. we love dive bars and the look from the outside of this place made us think we may have found a perfect one. big orange buckets for ashtrays...a green hurst and horrible parking skills......yes yes yes.....we couldn't ask for more!
the inside of this place was dark and very quiet..even though there were about 20 people inside. the crowd was on the old side (age 70+) and laid back. you could tell that this was a "locals" bar when everybody looked at us like who the hell are these two?...but that didn't stop us. golf was on the tube and all the old men were talkin about just how lucky tiger woods was to have all these good lookin' women. it was pretty funny if you ask me.
our bartender was great too! an older woman the reminded you of the coolest grandma in the world....even though she was staring at my accidental explcit t shirt like...please don't kill us. we tipped her good and from that point she seemed like she would have baked us some fresh cookies...if they had a kitchen.
anyways.....would i go back here??? hell yes! don't expect much if you stop by...maybe it's just my thing. who knows.
old style in a can at this place too! internet jukebox....and senior citizens at play!!!!
