The ongoing ridiculous behavior of Mr. Stark's is pretty appalling. He has changed his account of the story now more than once to suit his audience. The lies contained in Mr. Starks initial response really says it all regardless of his choice to personally attack me.
He claims "he had to call the police."
No, sir. You called the police and complained that someone left you a bad review. Officer Dyaz of the Gilbert Police and I had a wonderful laugh over the fact that you don't understand first amendment rights. Lol.
Secondly - he claims "I had to ban him from the shop."
Uhh, no actually I made it clear to you in our call I wouldn't return and that if you chose to refund my monies as promised to please mail me the funds. You haven't yet. I suspect you never will keep your word. You don't seem like the type.
The owner is attempting to paint a picture that makes me seem like a lunatic. That's fine. If he truly thinks I'm crazy he wouldn't dare to continue to engage in such behaviors. He made errors. He has mismanaged his organization and when called out for it - he offers a false sense that he cares. He doesn't. He would prefer to tell you why I'm a bad person for rating the organizations I have rated. Lol. Foolish really is the best description of this person. Karma will be around soon enough!
