This was our second time here. The first time was a bit better experience because I believe it had just opened and wasn't as busy. Today, I felt that the experience was horrible. Granted, I feel much of it has to do with parents not watching their children. I DO feel that there should be a team member present in each area to help monitor behavior. Maybe parents feel that someone is doing it for them for the price? The tots area is supposed to be for 5 and under, my 1.5 year old loves it. He's very capable on his feet as he's been walking since month 10. He was pushed down and hit in the face multiple times today by older kids that should have not been in the area. I witnessed these kids climb over the wall, shove their way through groups of appropriately aged children and pretty much ruin the experience for not only my son and I but, for others as well. I watched for the parents to handle their children's behavior and found that not one adult seemed be watching ANY of these kids. If the business is designed to be a safe place for children of all ages to play, the business should ensure that it is. It's ignorant to think that parents will monitor their children. Unfortunately, this is the world we live in. The facility as a whole is awesome but they need to set boundaries and enforce them for the safety, well being, and enjoyment of all their guests.
