| - Wooffles is amazing. Honestly the pictures do not do it justice! I have family who live in Toronto and live up by Yonge and Finch Area. They LOVE Wooffles, to the point where they would go multiple nights in a row. Their daughter puts the lovely women who work there in her prayers. She asks that God takes care of them and blesses them- she is 2.5 years old.
I definitely make it a point to go there if I am in Toronto longer than 2 nights.
Location: Alright, If Wooffle had any cons it would be location, it's in a food court of a sort of run down strip mall. The first time I had gone, it was about 9 pm and my cousin pulled into the parking lot and I was like..... Is it safe to leave the car? Where are you taking me?, but once you get it in, it's a bit run down but it is AWESOME! There is some pretty great CHEAP Chinese food/bbq and the best of all WOOFFLES! There is plenty of seating. You will see students, families, groups of older men playing mahjong. The food is soo good and the ice cream is amazing. 4/5 only con is the bathroom, but what do you expect from a strip mall?
Eats: O.M.G- I was almost tempted to leave this part blank, because at times it leaves me speechless! The soft serve is creamy, smooth, but has a firmness that keeps it's shape and perfect to be scooped up with little rounds of egg waffle! The egg waffle, which is hong kong treat of a slightly sweet batter cooked in a waffle iron that is shaped like bubbles of batter, they can be torn off one by one, and eaten with ice cream or on it's own on the side. These women are geniuses- the egg waffles are offered in a variety of flavours, some that make you go wha??!!! like their Lapcheong and seaweed,(delicious, sweet and salty) or Coffee chocolate (coffee flavour batter with chocolate chips) or my cousin's favourite Coconut with sweet rice ( think coconut batter with small mochi pieces). The toppings are glorious~! Honestly I could go on forever, but if there is a place that has it all, it's definitely Wooffles! 5/5
Service: The two women who run this business really make this joint the best. They are super nice and sweet, very welcoming and informative. They truly appear to love the business and love interacting with their customers. They will answer every question with a smile. They come a very close second to the waffles and ice cream. I would honestly say these women offer the type of service that would make you want to come back even if the ice cream were just mediocre.... BUT we're lucky that it's awesome so its always a WIN WIN at WOOFFLE. 5/5
