  • The doctors here are TERRIFIC. I took my puppy to a vet who missed that he had parvo. He was so sick I took him to Gateway the next day and got the diagnosis. The vet was straight forward with me, we had to put the puppy down. As a matter of fact, he had seen a couple of puppies from the same litter. They gave me plenty of time to say good-bye to my pup. I called a week later to thank them for their compassion and Dr. Bob said he knew someone that had a black lab mix that needed a home. I went the next day and met my new pet. He is a great dog! I HIGHLY recommend the Gateway Animal Clinic for the best pet care in Cleveland. The doctors are compassionate, kind animal lovers. The receptionist leaves a little to desired. I was surprised to read a review on here that she was nice to someone. As many times as I've been there she's never shown one ounce of kindness, happiness or friendliness. She boarders on rude.
