| - I had an issue with my insurance. Prior to my first ever appointment, the office called to confirm that they were in network (so that I didn't have to), and then later my insurance changed their mind and I got billed several hundred dollars. When I called the office to ask about what had happened they said they'd look into it, and I never expected to hear from them again. Instead I got a letter saying that although they would continue to look for a reason why this happened, in the mean time they would write off the difference and I would only be responsible for what we had originally agreed on. That's it, they just wrote it off. I didn't have to remain on hold, call them then call insurance then call them again, yell or cry out of frustration. I was never told "there's nothing we can do for you" which is what most offices, insurance providers, and people in general like to tell you. I was just given THE best customer service of my life, and also they were nice about it. That being said, the dental care is dope too, they remember your name and they ask you about your life, and I can't say anough good things about this practice.
