  • So my new bff Joe H. just left and I'm happy and relieved to the point of tearing up. I feared a leaky drain in an upstairs bath tub. No problem. I was certain I had an old water heater that needed replacing. Not for a while he says. Any other plumbing place in Las Vegas would've left here with a signed contract for thousands of dollars for work that wasn't necessary. I wasn't even charged for a service call. Pure has done work for me in the past at another property so I know once they say something is fixed it stays fixed. So they're efficient AND ethical. Really rare to find these days.
