  • Had some really bad experiences here (2012-2013) Also some good ones. The main issue we had, and really the only big one, was the noise. We always had awful neighbors. We had people move in and start blasting music with heavy bass the first day. We had a neighbor whose dog whined all night every night and kept us up. We had other dogs problems and other noise issues. I reported to security so many times they had me call the North Las Vegas police. How ridiculous is that?!?! We got so tired of not having reasonable quiet and peace. Besides, the facilities were well kept, maintenance fixed stuff right away, and in general the place was enjoyable. But when close living quarters like apartments are noisy, it ruins the entire experience. Was so bad my wife and I swore we'd never rent another apartment. But to the Presidio's credit, they always accepted our complaints and apparently did something about it.
