Wish I could give a zero or negative number. I have NEVER been in this store and been taken care of. The reps must all be on high commission sales because they won't help you return a defective product or lower your bill. I do t like to ""Yelp" angry, but I've put off reviewing this store because I always leave upset.
This time it was because a jetpak did not work and they can only take it back if I pay over a hundred dollars because it was under contract. What contract? According to them I signed one. I just remember that over a year ago I tried to get mobile email access for traveling and during the ONE month it did work, it turned on by itself and used up unbelievable data (that I had to pay for...it's evidently not their problem the device turns on by itself).
Now I'm getting texts to upgrade my jetpak because it will no longer work. Well, it hasn't worked for almost a year, but I'm paying for it.
You know. I'm going back in the store to try to see if a manager can help. He couldn't last time I asked.
