  • Had a decent enough experience buying the car, but the service department was another story when I went to get my accessories installed. They forgot to tighten a hose after a routine install, and my car died while merging onto the freeway immediately afterwards, putting me into a dangerous position. I was not offered any kind of compensation for my time since I live an hour away and had to make a second trip, the inconvenience, or the danger they put me in due to their complete negligence. Not even an apology. This doesn't bode well for my trust in their mechanics.
