This was my first time ever ordering and picking up from Nothing Bundt Cakes. I have to say I was a little disappointed in their customer service. I placed my order online with a specific pick up time. I called after the pick up time, giving them all of my information and letting them know I was running late. When I got there, they could not find my order in the computer system, therefore my order was not ready. Rather than giving me items from the front case in the lobby to fulfill my order, they made me wait while they prepared them in the back. While waiting in the lobby, there were other customers whose orders they had difficulty finding in the computer system. It appears that this may be a systemic problem. I would definitely encourage them to invest in new software or additional training to ensure their customers are not left waiting after they had taken the time to order and pay online in advance.
