  • On our way to vegas about 30 mins away we heard this loud boom and realized that our sunroof shattered while driving. I called all the glass shop in town and even a different Honda dealership and no one had a 2016 honda civic sunroof. It was saturday at 3 when i called honda west and they were the only one who offered to order the window and fix in time before we left on Tuesday. They kept our car inside their garage to keep it safe. Javier Muccigrosso was our helpful service advisor and told us the estimated cost. When we arrived he was very friendly and greeted us and asked if we were ok and not injured. We were all surprised as i had never seen a sun roof shatter like that. He spoke with his manager Evan childs and advised us that they felt bad for what had happened and would try to get it covered under warranty and if it didnt get approved that the dealership would still cover it. It was the best news we had heard as we were in vegas to get married and the expense of fixing the window had put a damper in our plans. They were great to work with and very friendly. Thank you both and the honda west team for allowing us to get married and fixing our car in time to get back home.
