By far the worst customer service experience I've had in as long as I can remember. Ordered some seat covers for my truck and was told they'd be in within four or five days. Called a week later and spoke with Efren, he said he was having trouble finding my order and I would need to bring in my receipt to the store so he could look it up. I asked him why would I need to bring in my receipt when I can just read him the info off of it instead of driving down there as that is not only inconvenient but not necessary. At that point he said I had better change my tone or he would not help me. I asked him what he was seeing in his computer and he verified it was the same thing that I was seeing on the receipt, respect to what I had purchased and what I had paid for it. At that point I said if you ordered the right parts but they simply did not ship the correct item why would I need to go down to the store to show you the receipt, why can't you just have them resend the proper item? This is when he got aggravated and hung up the phone on me. He claimed to be the manager there but this is clearly not the type of behavior any real manager would display. I have spent a lot of money with this particular store over the last year or so and it goes without saying I will never buy from them again. Very disappointing.
