  • First time I used them as subcontracted by another licensed General Contractor they did good. Used them based on trust the second time and Alan quoted an excessive $1000 fee to install two motion light sensors. I already had junction box in place. When I raised an eyebrow to this he reduced to $500. I think he quotes excessively high for the least amount of work. In my opinion he tried to take advantage of me but I wasn't unknowledgeable of the industry. I would not recommend based on the unethical quote. He was ready to run to hardware store to pickup parts before quoting me or any written bid... don't fall for that trick. bids are to be in writing. Also he didn't want to supply me with the list of materials, it took twice to ask and he wondered what good it would do me. Helper was in attic removing my light receptacle as his source rather than crawl across to the already installed junction box.
