  • If you are looking for a mediocre food experience, then look no further than Chinese Halal Restaurant. The absent staff and the beaten up food menus were uninspiring at best. I ordered the beef noodles. The soup base tasted like salt water with a hint of beef. The noodles felt like I was eating undercooked dough.
