  • This past Sunday I sent a message to several businesses asking for quotes on tinting my new 4Runner. Eco Tint was one of the first to reply. In the reply they gave me several different options and pricing. And the reply was put together PROFESSIONALLY; not just some flight by seat of your pants reply. I was able to discuss exactly what I wanted and make an appointment all here through Yelp. Super easy. Made appointment for Monday at 2pm. I work work around the corner, literally. So I called Monday am and asked if I could just drop my vehicle off and they could do whenever and I will be back by 5 when I'm off. They obliged and said no problem, come on down. I dropped off just after 9 I think it was and I got a call about 10:45 that my vehicle was DONE. I was super surprised that it was done so quickly, but happy of course. I must admit, I did think surely they couldn't have done such an amazing job in so little time. BUT by golly, they did! One thing I immediately noticed when I picked up my vehicle was that they didn't leave any water marks/stains on my doors from when they applied the tint. They obviously cleaned up after themselves in that area. I've always had a problem with this and other companies in the past. So I appreciated that. It literally looked like I snapped my fingers and BAM my windows were dark. Like they've always been that way. I do want to mention that when I dropped off, Jay was super friendly, helpful and didn't give me any qualms about what I asked for to be done. I liked that. However I do have to mention also that the front desk gal that was there when I picked up, although I'm sure she's a nice gal and can do her job well, but seems shy, no smiley face though. Gotta smile and be bubbly girlfriend! Break the ice! Customers love that ish! Lastly, I did notice they forgot to put a little wire holder thingy back on my rear view mirror. No biggie. FiancĂ© fixed that easily. Overall from start to finish I am super happy from price to customer service to quality of work. Thanks for making this easy for me! My truck looks awesome! Thank you thank you thank you!
