  • Stay very far away! I came to this dealership about a week ago and looked at a used car on the lot. I told them I was coming about 2 hours before I arrived. The car was very dirty and was not cleaned out, there was an old food smell in the car, there were some random shoes in the car, crumbs everywhere, and the outside was filthy and covered in bugs. The salesman told me that the car was taken in about a week ago and they have not had time to clean it yet...seriously?! That was the best part of the experience, the rest was scary. During the test drive it was obvious something mechanical was wrong with the car as it vibrated and pulsated on acceleration, even the salesman noticed. He kept blaming it on the tires, which even though they were not the cause, they were bad! When we returned, I was able to pull a 1-inch piece of tread off with my fingers. The salesman told me that he could work the price of new tires in to the price of the vehicle. Seriously you would sell a car with tires that bad? That is definitely a safety issue. When we came back he asked for my number for what I wanted to pay on the car. I told him that I was not interested in the car due to the issues with it. He asked again for a number so I low balled him and he came back with some ridiculous number and tried to charge me for "paint protection" (seriously, was I just born yesterday). I told him that I was not interested in the car and left. When I was almost back to my car, someone came running out and asked me to come back in to negotiate. I told him all of my concerns and that I wasn't interested. Later that day another salesman called me and asked me if they fixed everything with the car and replaced the tires would I come back in. I told him that I wasn't really interested anymore. The next morning he called again, I told him that I still was not interested and to please take me out of the system. The following day FOUR people called me asking me if I was interested, I felt like I was being stalked at this point, they were being somewhat aggressive about me coming back in and I told them to take me out of the system. It gets worse.... Yesterday I had a call from someone from the dealership (they left me a voicemail) to "confirm" my 3:15 appointment to test drive the car today. WOW! There was definitely no appointment made by me, I was afraid to call them and tell them no. About 30 minutes ago I received an email from the Internet "Manager" thanking me for my business and telling me he looks forward to seeing me on Tuesday to complete the paperwork on the car. How delusional can one dealership be?! Please stay away unless you like being stalked nonstop! If you are from the dealership and reading this, "I have already purchased another car, leave me alone!"
