As far as Flat Tops go, this one was pretty decent. We swung in on a Saturday morning for breakfast. The pancakes here aren't nearly as good as I've had at other Flat Tops (in Chicago) and they screwed up my scramble by deciding I should have an omelette instead. They also make the roti a bit thicker than I've had elsewhere. Still good, but I definitely prefer a thinner one. It was pretty quiet in there and it took quite a while to receive our pancakes. Overall, service was sweet and fine. This definitely isn't the best location I've been to and I'm not sure I'd rush to go back to this particular one. I am a huge fan of Flat Top, but I'll stick to the Chicago locations.
