  • When I entered the store I was not helped or approached for 15 minutes since there was only 1 worker on duty Saturday afternoon. The staff was rude and down right arrogant patronizing the customer. I was told the design we wanted wasn't popular so they don't carry it because they needed to make money. We were mocked for using internet websites to research design and price. The cherry on top of there terrible store was they had NO financing for an engagement ring and made it seem like we were unwelcome when we are both well paid professionals. I will not buy anything in this store.
