  • JUST SAY NO - DON'T GO HERE! Office is unprofessional. I have waited up to 90 minutes, often an hour for appointments. I spent $14,000 there last year! When addressing this disrespect of time with Dr. Kaiser he was rude and said I was being unreasonable and then said "You are unreasonable to think I would see anyone on time". You WILL wait an hour on average for your appointment and he will be rude, spend very little time with you and find a reason for something like SURGERY. Don't try an early appointment - he has an excuse for that too. You can see the other one star reviews - it is a consistent issue.
