  • Excellent atmosphere, the best service I've had in ages, and a fantastic fish and chips - where the large filets are lightly battered and delicious - where the fries laying under the filet aren't starchy, over-oiled, and soggy. Crisp and light, flavourful. The Scotch Egg is delightful, crispy and rich - finish it with the creamy bread pudding and wash it all down with a Caledonian pint. The haggis was more than I'd expected in terms of texture and presentation. Dreamy.
