  • 1. Price quote was accurate. 2. Our home shined after receiving our service. 3. Everything stated when receiving the quote was actually done. 4. Although we are both disabled, we keep our home neat and in order. Our biggest concern is that the kitchen and bathrooms are sanitized. They fully met our expectations. 5. The staff was extremely personable and asked specifically what we wanted. 6. The staff worked the entire time they were here and worked hard. 7. I am told that we will have the same lady's for each clean. For a cleaning service that is very important to me and I think we lucked out with having Donna and Brandy as our lady's. 8. Your employees are fully bonded and insured which is quite important to us. 9. We have had housekeepers for 30+ years and am quite happy to have found this franchise of Molly Maids. I initially was adverse to inquiring with this company because of a negative past experience. However what I learned is that it greatly depends on who owns the franchise. Thank you to all.
