  • Very hard to find any complaint. Attention-to-detail in food and service was impeccable. Cocktails were on point and the wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable. From the humblest root vegetable to the glorious foie gras stuffed squab leg, everything was prepared with the greatest care and perfect technique. The dishes were creative and delicious. This was a great treat and a wonderful first meal in Montreal
