  • My boyfriend and I attended "Plant Nite" here this past Monday night. There were multiple locations we could have attended but chose this one because it was close to home and the venue sounded cool. We arrived about an hour early for the event and sat at the bar. The first beer I had was a prickly pear sour which was a little pricey at $11 for a 10 oz glass, which was only 4.5% ABV, but it was so tasty! I drank it way too quickly and switched to something stronger to sip on- a red IPA. We had a lot of fun trying the different beers and I was happy that there was a 5 oz option for beers like the Astrocookie that I wasn't sure I would like a whole glass of. We had to ask for a food menu, which was pretty basic bar fare, and we ordered the pretzels and beer cheese. It came out immediately, so it obviously isn't made fresh, but it's still nice for a taproom to offer food so it didn't bug us much. Still tasted good and got some food in our stomachs! The event we attended was fun, but we both look forward to returning for pinball and more beer! They also have an awesome growler selection and you can take six packs togo.
