| - I have been to this location several times and really despise Labcorp as a business.
The lady at the front desk has been rude and surly to people every time I have been there. I have been twice in the last month. Last time, I witnessed her being really rude to a man in a wheelchair because he could not wheel up to the window because of all the people in line.
Even with an appointment, you will wait at least an hour past your appointment time. If you don't have an appointment, better plan for a half day for waiting.
Unless you have thousands of dollars in your bank account available for their billing mistakes, I would avoid them. They force you to sign a sheet to bill your ATM card if your insurance does not pay. Unfortunately, they cannot be bothered to actually look at the medical cards you give them. They billed my insurance from a previous year, even though the correct medical cards were presented and typed in at the time of service. They said that was my doctor's fault, even though I came to Labcorp for the blood draw and my doctor's prescription for the lab draw did not have my insurance information anywhere on it.
Labcorp said it was not their fault they did not use the insurance information I gave them. The charge was almost $1400. When I called to try to correct the situation, I had to wait 30 minutes on hold. They took no responsibility and were not apologetic at all for their mistake. They also said the insurance information I gave them was attached to the claim, but it was not on the first page, so they don't read it. Again, my fault/my doctor's fault even though they did not bill the insurance I gave them.
Bottom line: Go to Sonora Quest or anywhere else for lab work.
