  • I purchased a groupon with Angel and made an appt. For a few days later. Upon arrival I found out someone else also had an appt at the same time with Angel as well. I waited 20 minutes and then was informed that Angel had a family emergency and wouldn't be in that day. Great, I said. I have a dinner date tonight and needed my hair done. Nobody else would honor my groupon. Then I was told Angel wouldn't be working there anymore after that day. What???? What about my groupon??? I was told I could call and get my money back, which I did. I have to admit groupon was terrific and extremely helpful!!! They took immediate care of the situation!! I was very pleased. This salon doesn't deserve to be in business. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional!!!! Do not go there!!!! I do highly recommend forever young hair salon in fort mill!!! The stylist I had was Lou and she was fantastic!!!! But actually everyone there was great!!! You won't be dissapointed!! I posted 3 stars by accident....it doesn't deserve any!!!
