  • I scheduled this company to clean today to confirm, They said yes but it would be closer to 11:00 am versus 8:00 am. Well, they never showed up. I never thought this would happen given that I reserved the cleaning with Amazon, a reliable source. Before calling Amazon about the "no show", I called Primavera to see what happened but they did not answer their phone. Amazon was nice about it and gave us a $50 credit and refunded the cleaning charge. I suspect Primavera won't be an Amazon provider for much longer.
