  • As usual - not enough staff. Only one elderly lady working the desk when we walked in. Only 2 other people in the waiting room. Receptionist wouldn't allow anyone to check in until she finished doing some other paperwork. It was 10 minutes before she would even let us sign in. Another person had already been waiting for 15 min . By this time, it was after 5 & people were starting to arrive.
