  • TRUST ME, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY'LL TELL YOU WHATEVER THEY NEED TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Everything is outsourced- Sales Reps, Installers etc. Each person has no idea what the next person does. Customer service provides anything but service. BAD EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. Rep arrived and told me everything was fine, job would be done well, giving me a better deal than 50% off special they advertised. Installer arrived and said job could not be done. All of a sudden, rep was nowhere to be found. When I finally got a call from the rep, HE THREATENED BODILY HARM TO ME. Once I talked directly to the installer, they installed much better quality carpet, thicker pad for $700 less. DO NOT EVER USE EMPIRE TODAY
