  • I've walked by Smooth Wax Bar a couple times during my lunch breaks and finally decided to try it out. This place is amazing! Their staff are very friendly and are very educated in the business. I was a walk-in and they took me in right away. Ashley is amazing! She really took her time. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything. She is really experienced. She shaped my eyebrows exactly as how I wanted them to look, while also giving me tips on how I can achieve my perfect eyebrows. They have different types of waxes. They smell super good, too good that you want to eat it lol! Also that type of wax does not stick to your skin but your hair instead. Also no strips needed for some of them! I didn't catch her name but the friend desk girl was super sweet with the best eyebrows ever! She asked me how the appointment went and gave me additional information for my after care. Super sweet of her to ask and remember that I told her it was my first time waxing. I will be definitely going back. I have finally found my wax person! Thank you so much Ashley you're amazing at what you do! See you ladies in a couple of weeks!
