  • It all begins with quality customer service and the let me just say that Nicole, Matt and Yvette at the Leasing Office are among the very best! I recently went on a trip and was concerned about the welfare of my plants. I called the office for watering suggestions and Nicole immediately offered to do it herself along with her staff! That is just one example of countless times she has been there. Not to mention her genuine compassion and interest that I am satisfied with my community. I randomly found San Pedregal online more than a year ago as I was relocating from another state, and boy did I strike GOLD in every respect! I feel truly blessed having found such a wonderful, gracious leasing staff. A++
