  • We are new to Phoenix (moved from Tucson) and we had no idea of where to start with orthodontics, with so many choices. I went to Yelp and narrowed my search down to 2. After visiting North Valley Orthodontics, I knew we were not going to even meet the other orthodontist. We felt comfortable from the very beginning and everything was explained to us in detail. The staff there (especially Patty) took her time explaining how everything worked and they really took their time in examining all three of our children. My son ended up getting his braces the following day and my daughter is now in her palate expander. The Orthodontist, Dr. Levin is also very personable and caring, she made everyone feel at ease. She even called and checked up on my son after he got his braces on. So far, all of the staff that work there have gone out of their way to be kind and get to know my family and our needs. I would recommend this office to anyone and the kids love going there (there is a jukebox where the kids can choose music they like and it plays during their treatments, in addition to a point program with prizes, movies and contests etc.)
