In town from Ohio for a large youth hockey tournament. Let me start off by saying that this place has absolutely no business hosting youth teams. At check-in we were presented with a list of rules that including not being allowed to bring our kids sticks in the hotel; not the mini-sticks that they like to play, but their game sticks. These are very expensive and when I mentioned this I was told that "we've never had a break in". I really don't want to be the first.
There is literally nothing welcoming about this hotel. Well, the cookies are good I guess.
None of this should surprise me as the tone of the emails from the group sales manager was always rude.
Again, the cookies are good...
