On 1/14/2014 I went for an oil change and alignment. I spent close to $200.00. I asked for them to check the battery, due to having issues with it starting. When I picked up my car later that day, I asked again to make sure they checked the battery, the Manager who helped me assured me that the battery was ok. A few days later my car wouldn't start. Being concerned and worried about my car. I paid for $108.00 diagnostic fee at a Repair shop to find out what was wrong with it. The Repair shop called and let me know the only thing wrong is the battery. Now I had to pay the $108.00 for the diagnostic and need to pay another $140.00 for the battery. I have the paperwork and information showing the battery testing results and that it needs to be replaced. I called to give information to the manager, he wasn't available and the assistant manager informed me he could do nothing for me. Very Unhappy Customer.
