  • HORRIBLE customer service! The office staff will not return phone calls, will not follow up with insurance to do pre-authorizations for medication. If you call in to ask a question they say "hold on" and transfer you to a random voice mail box. So frustrating!! Only reason I continue with this clinic is because it's the only Dermatologist office in the city that is covered by my insurance. If you have options do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
