  • Hello, I am giving this a 4 star and not a 5 star because I think the pricing was a little high. Also, they do not apply the diagnostics to the actual repair of the vehicle (most shops will do this). Now, on to the good stuff, the service advisors, Chadd in particular were AMAZING! So professional, friendly and over all extremely helpful, honest and customer service oriented. The manager Ricky was also very professional, friendly and helpful. Although I feel I might have paid a little more, it was very well worth it to have received such great care and HONEST customer service.
