  • Only reason I can't give 5 Stars is the call center. Have set up several appointments (3) in the past year and nobody ever showed up. Never got a call. But if there's a balance due they will call U up to see how everything is. The Techs have all been very friendly and professional especially Jose Rivera whom we have had on 3 appointments.
