  • I like outdoors shops. Not because I would ever do the outdoorsy thing. I don't camp. I don't hunt. I don't fish. But I find the stuff endlessly appealing and so I usually take the opportunity to look through shops like this. I spent most of my time in the firearms area, where I could plainly see that they have a shedload of ammunition. Not just shotguns and rifle ammo, but also smaller handgun calibers. My own 9mm and .380 was in stock and the prices were especially good for quality brands. Then a peek at the handguns and shotguns for sale. Prices were reasonable. Not too bad, really. Better than what you'll see on the Internet when you add shipping and FFL fees. Pleasant shopping, even if the spaces are a bit crowded. Big parking lot. Be aware of the Carowinds traffic.
