  • I can see why this place only has one star. Both times ive interacted with the service desk left me wondering why i do business with this company. Not pleasant at all. On a side note..if you dont leave your keys in the drop box in the parking garage..and try to drop them off at the service desk.. you will be walking all the way back to the parking garage to drop them off. Who doesnt take keys back at the service desk?
